George H. Fleming

Mr. Fleming has more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, serving as general manager of TeleHealth Services for several years before becoming CEO of Telerent, TeleHealth’s parent company in 2000. Previously, he held roles of V.P. of Sales and Marketing and CFO at Isotechnologies, Healthcare Division General Manager at the Aviation Group; Executive Director of the N.C. Governmental Evaluation Commission; and Economic Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Washington, D.C.). Mr. Fleming holds a Masters of Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill; a Masters of Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University; and a Bachelor's degree from Millsaps College.
Virginia Hall, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Hall l joined Telerent in June, 1999, with over eighteen years of human resource management experience in the banking and distribution fields. Previously, she worked for USCO Logistics. She received Human Resources Professional of the Year award for North Carolina in 1996. She serves on both the North Carolina State Council and in Human Capitol and Measurements Panel for the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned a B. S. degree from Delta State University.
Joel Harris
Vice President of Development

Joel Harris joined Telerent in April of 2000 with overall responsibility for the distribution, purchasing and logistics operations related to the lodging business through 2002. Previously he provided management consulting services through Ernst & Young LLP in the merger integration, transportation and high technology fields and worked for Marathon Oil Company in engineering design and construction. Mr. Harris has a B.S.C.E. from Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. Mr. Harris served in the Marines and held an internship with Telerent Leasing Corporation while in graduate school.
Rick Hill
Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Hill initially worked for Telerent as a consultant and formally joined the organization early 1996. Prior to joining Telerent, Mr. Hill served as a Consultant on long-term distribution and design contracts with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Royster-Clark. As Senior Analyst for National Micronetics he led the implementation of an international wide area network and developed a global security system for remote access. Mr. Hill has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and is a recognized expert with J. D. Edwards Accounting software. |
Larry Holleman
Vice President and General Manager
Vendor Capital Group
Mr. Holleman is responsible for the division that provides vendor financing programs and the acquisition of lease portfolios in niche markets. Mr. Holleman joined Telerent in 1992 as Vice President and Credit Manager for company wide credit operations. Prior to that time he held the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer positions at United Carolina Bank and other various positions at Wachovia Bank.
Dan Nathan
Vice President and General Manager

Dan Nathan was hired by Telerent in June 1996 as Vice President, Operations for the TeleHealth division to manage the contract assets acquired from Granada North America, Inc. Prior to his employment with Telerent, Mr. Nathan spent thirteen years with Wells National Services Corp. and Granada North America, Inc., both leading integrators of healthcare televisions and related products and services. During his eight years at Granada , Mr. Nathan held positions including Sales, National Accounts Manager and most recently Area Operations Manager, focusing on Granada ’s portfolio of hospital contract business in its Southern Region. Prior to Granada , Mr. Nathan spent five years with Wells National Services Corp. holding positions in Operations, Sales and Sales Management. Mr. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Jeff Langel
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Mr. Langel joined Telerent in 1998 and is responsible for accounting, risk management, taxation, financial planning, budgeting, IT, administration, and treasury operations. Prior to Telerent, Mr. Langel spent eight years as Assistant Treasurer for Alaska Airlines, Inc in Seattle, served as Manager, Cash Forecasting and Debt Administration for The LTV Corporation in Dallas , TX. Mr. Langel holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
John Woodward, CPA
Controller
Telerent Leasing Corporation
Mr. Woodward began his professional career with Touche Ross and Ernst and Young and later worked at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave Corporation. He held the Corporate Controller’s role for Southchem, Inc. Mr. Woodward joined Telerent Leasing in August 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as both the North Carolina Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
